Requirements for Concessionaires:
All concessionaires and their employees must have a criminal backgroud check,
and be issued an ID badge that must be worn at all times while working at the
fair. Backgroud checks are conducted on the fairgrounds by the Lake County
Sheriffs Department. Failure to adhere to this requiremnt may result in
your removal from the fairgrounds.
All concessionaires are required to produce a valid and current
certificate of insurance, naming the Lake County Fair as additional insured.
Concessionaires are expected to adhere to the contract terms at all
times, including start times, closing times and permitting requirements.
