Welcome to the 156th Lake County Fair

It is with great pleasure that the Lake County Agricultural Society welcomes you to the 156th Lake County Fair. Whether you are a returning fairgoer, or are coming for the first time, we know you will enjoy all that the fair has to offer. Many people work very hard to make this fair enjoyable for the entire family. So whether you are here to see the many exhibits, shows, judgings, or just to sample some of the great food, we know you will leave the Lake County Fair with some great memories.

Fair Gate Admission and Parking in fairgrounds -Saturdays and Sundays, and after 3:00 P.M. on all weekdays:

Special Services & Regulations

ATM Machines are located on the carnival midway.

Information Booth is located in front of the east end of the Family Arts & Crafts Building. No paging is done here, only schedules and fairgrounds information is given out.

First Aid is located in the small block building diagonally across from the Family Arts & Crafts Building, directly across from the Information Booth.

Stroller & Wheelchair Rental is available at the east end of the fairgrounds.

Lost & Found is located in the Security Office at the west end of the Family Arts & Crafts Building.

Security Office is located behind (west end) of the Family Arts & Crafts Building.

Damages: The Lake County Agricultural Society will take every precaution to properly protect patrons, exhibitors, exhibits, and/or animals. However, we will not be liable for the safety of exhibits, animals, exhibitors, employees, families, or patrons. Nor will we be liable for losses or damages sustained due to vandalism, theft, weather, fire, accidents, or any other cause. Exhibitors or patrons wishing to insure themselves, their belongings, or their livestock may do so at their own expense.

Animals not involved with the Lake County Fair exhibits or being used as service animals, alcohol and weapons are prohibited from the fair.

Take a walk back in time through the COVERED BRIDGE built in1878 by A.M. Kennedy and Sons Builders and relocated to Crown Point in 1933. ( behind the beef barn)

ROBINSON’S RACING PIGS: Cheer on your favorite porker in their quest for the cookie (see map for location)

FISHING POND: Watch the fishermen or dangle your line (for a nominal fee) at the old fishing hole behind the Conservation Building

HERITAGE HALL (see map for location) houses our collection of antique farm tools, historical exhibit, and agricultural contests. Whether there to view the historical memorabilia, purchase souvenirs, or participate in the zucchini zoo or crop creations contests or make your own candle you’re sure to enjoy your visit. Time moves a little slower as you sit a spell at HERITAGE STAGE (in the back of Heritage Hall) to relax and enjoy the crafters demonstrations daily at 3pm or listen to bluegrass music or the old time melodies at the concerts each evening at 6pm.
